FROM THE GREEK ISLAND OF LEFKADA TO NEW YORK CITY'S WESTSIDE MARKET
Through my husband, John's dedication to his business, Westside Market, my passion for cooking flourished, and I was given the opportunity to cook for and put smiles on hundreds of thousands of people throughout the years.
This book is my way of passing on my heritage to a new generation, to help them to cook for their friends and family and in essence, share the love of real food right at home.
