Who has ever visited Greece and never had these? A staple at open-air restaurants and in many homes.
INGREDIENTS 2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
2 tablespoons dried Greek oregano
2 pounds Greek style lamb chops, thin cut 1/2 inch thick
4 lemon wedges
1 sprig fresh oregano
METHOD 1) In a small mixing bowl, combine salt, pepper, and oregano
2) Wipe dry lamb chops and rub seasoning into both sides of each chop to cover well, and set aside.
3) Oil a grill to medium-high heat
4) Grill on medium-high heat until well done, about ten minutes per side
